Extracted from Wil’s notes:
The pieces in this exhibit were done during the summer of 2014. Rummaging through old files, I found a folder filled with drawings I had made over the many years I taught at Greenfield Community College.  They were products of hours that otherwise would have been wasted as I sat through faculty meetings and union meetings, as well as through sessions of contractually required attendance at so-called professional days.
The drawings, often directly influenced by the time and content of a meeting, are my notes on and reactions to discussions of academic issues, discussions of union and political issues, presentations of and debates over institutional goals, missions, taboos.  In some of the drawings the content of the meetings is obvious; in others it is less so.

(The detailed notes are on the wall for you to read in person.)
